Aluminium Clutch Disc Optimised for XRAY XCA

The XRAY 338571 Aluminum Clutch Disc is crafted to enhance clutch response and reliability within the XCA Clutch Set. Made from 7075 T6 aluminium, it provides a balance of toughness and machining accuracy suited to competitive driving.

Robust 7075 T6 Construction

Using 7075 T6 aluminium yields a component that stands up to heat and wear while keeping precise geometry. The robust build helps maintain consistent engagement under repeated stress.

Designed to Mate with XCA Components

This disc is intended for use with the XRAY XCA Clutch Set and complements the #338577 yellow clutch shoe to achieve reliable bite and control. It is ideal for enthusiasts refining clutch behaviour.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Compatibility depends on the clutch housing and shaft interface; the part is specified for the XCA Clutch Set so verify fitment if your model predates that system.
7075 T6 is harder and stronger than common 6000 series alloys, giving better resistance to deformation in high load clutch parts, while still being machinable to tight tolerances.
A brief on-bench run-in and a few low-load engagements on the track help settle mating surfaces. Inspect the shoe and disc after initial sessions to confirm even contact.
The disc alters clutch engagement characteristics rather than gear ratios; drivers will notice bite and modulation changes rather than a change in top speed.
