Compatibility depends on the tray design and mounting points; most standard X8 trays fit directly but bespoke trays may need minor alteration.

Does the titanium finish affect wear resistance?

The finish is mainly cosmetic but does provide a uniform coating; wear resistance comes from the 7075 T6 alloy beneath the surface.

Will this change shock tuning?

A stiffer rear bulkhead can alter roll balance, so you may need to revise shock oil or spring rates to restore your preferred handling balance.
