Engineered control and long term wear resistance

The XRAY 345001 Front One-Way Set is manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and finished with a hardcoat to resist abrasion in dedicated 1/10 touring car setups. The one-way component is precision machined to help maintain consistent traction transitions.

Premium bearings and upkeep advice

This set includes German-made one-way bearings that are factory-pressed and hand-ground for precise operation. Regular maintenance, including careful cleaning and lubrication with products like #106231 HUDY One-way Lube, will help sustain their performance. Note that the bearings are not user-replaceable, so upkeep is essential.

CNC outdrive adapters trimmed for weight savings

The kit also contains CNC-machined diff outdrive adapters produced from strong HUDY Spring Steel. Each adapter is precision ground and smoothed for reliable interface and minimal friction. They have been machined to be roughly 25% lighter than typical adapters, lowering unsprung and rotating mass without compromising the core strength.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.

What maintenance keeps the one-way performing well?

Keep bearings free of grit by using a gentle solvent and dry thoroughly before applying a small amount of HUDY One-way Lube #106231. Inspect for wear after heavy use and clean more often on abrasive tracks.

Are replacement bearings available?

The bearings in this assembly are pressed into place and not intended to be swapped out. If bearing failure occurs, replacement of the whole one-way assembly is the recommended route.

How do the lightweight adapters change handling?

Reducing adapter mass by about 25% trims rotational inertia, which can sharpen response and aid acceleration. The adapters are engineered to retain strength for normal racing and club use.
