Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is compatible with standard CVD rear configurations but confirm spline fit and length with the aftermarket CVD prior to installation.
Regularly clean debris, inspect splines and journal surfaces, and replace if any bending or deep wear is visible. A drop of light oil helps prevent rust between events.
By reducing rotating mass, the shaft can make throttle response feel crisper, especially during acceleration out of corners. Gearing ratios themselves remain unchanged.
Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with RX8 disassembly. Follow standard CVD removal steps and verify spline engagement and bearing alignment.
