Machined Swiss 7075 T6 Drive Flange for Competitive Builds

The XRAY 345531 Aluminum Drive Flange with One-Way Bearing is made for modelers focused on precision setup work. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it offers tight tolerances and pairs with a German one-way bearing that is hand-ground for dependable performance under load.

Precision Engineering and Service Notes

Designed to withstand race conditions while delivering smooth engagement, the flange requires routine attention to preserve its performance. The one-way bearing is pressed into the flange at the factory and should be inspected regularly. For maintenance, use #106231 HUDY One-way Lube to clean and lubricate the unit.

Intended Application and Fit

Tailored for small 2-speed arrangements, the XRAY 345531 is a precise upgrade for drivers wanting improved drivetrain feel. Its robust alloy construction and CNC finish make it suitable for tuning and frequent track use.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Listen for rough spots or inconsistent engagement and check for play. Any grinding or binding suggests cleaning or replacement of the whole flange is required.
Standard RC drivetrain tools are usually sufficient. Careful alignment and correct torque are more important than exotic tools when installing this pressed assembly.
Check after heavy running sessions and apply #106231 HUDY One-way Lube as needed. Light, regular lubrication extends service life without attracting debris.
The machined alloy reduces flex compared to softer components, which can sharpen throttle response and consistency under load.
