Most standard RX8E electronics fit without modification, but check receiver and servo leads for routing clearance. Trim only insulation or cable ties as needed to avoid strain.

Will the plate rust or corrode?

No. Carbon fibre is non-corrosive, though metal fasteners should be stainless or treated to resist corrosion in humid conditions.

Does it affect radio signal reception?

Carbon itself does not block radio signals, but keep the receiver antenna clear of dense carbon sections and route the antenna for best line of sight to the transmitter.

Can I run a mid-size pack with stock mounts?

Yes. The plate is laid out to accept mid-size battery placement using the axle and strap locations found on standard RX8E chassis layouts.
