Front End Conversion Pack for XRAY XT8

Refresh your XRAY XT8 steering with the 350906 Aluminum Front Suspension Conversion Kit. The set focuses on reproducible handling and tunability so you can dial in steering balance for tighter lap times.

Durable Swiss 7075 T6 Parts for Stable Handling

Steering blocks, caster blocks and plates are made from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium to resist deformation and keep setup consistent through rough sections. The increased stiffness helps maintain predictable steering response when the track gets rough.

  • Aluminum Caster Blocks (16° Right & Left): Swiss 7075 T6 to secure caster settings
  • Steel Steering Block Pivot Pin: Service-friendly pivot for routine checks
  • Composite Bushing for Aluminum Caster Block: Smooth rotation with low wear
  • Aluminum Steering Block Plate (L+R): Swiss 7075 T6 for balanced front geometry
  • Ball Stud 6.8mm with Backstop: Reliable ball end retention for linkages
  • Composite Rear Upper Inner Camber Link Ball Joint: Helps maintain camber under load
  • Aluminum Shim 4x7.5x2: For micro suspension adjustments

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The kit is matched to the stock XRAY XT8 front geometry; minor chassis mods may be compatible but check fitment before final assembly.
7075 T6 aluminium offers higher wear resistance than plastic parts, but regular inspection of ball studs and pivot pins is still recommended to catch wear early.
You may see a small increase in unsprung weight; setups can be adjusted with shims and spring rates to retain the desired balance.
Composite bushings here are designed to work with the kit's pivot hardware; bearings are not needed in the same locations but standard bearings remain usable elsewhere on the car.
