Built from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, the XRAY 351102 XB808 chassis is machined to a 3mm thickness to deliver reliable rigidity with reduced mass. XRAY's robotic hardcoating process adds a tough surface layer that helps resist wear from rocks and debris.

Purposeful Machining to Improve Track Stability

Excess material is removed below the engine, tank and diffs to pull the centre of mass lower, which improves traction on rough surfaces. Reinforcements at the downstop setscrew and countersunk fastener holes keep the underside smooth and minimise catches during rough runs.

Engineered Weight Layout for Better Cornering

The internal component arrangement on the XB808 chassis focuses mass towards the centre to help the truck turn more predictably and hold a consistent line across varied surfaces.
