Upgrade Your XB808 with a Lightweight Swiss Chassis

The XRAY 351103 XB808 Aluminium Chassis is produced from Swiss 7075 T6 and CNC finished to provide a robust yet light foundation for competitive bashing and racing. At 3mm thickness it offers a good compromise between toughness and low mass.

Engineered for Durable Race Use

Material is selectively removed from low load areas to reduce weight while keeping key load paths intact. The chassis receives a robot-applied hardcoat for surface resilience, and countersunk screw locations ensure a smooth underside that limits snagging during landings.

Improved Traction and Control

The extra chassis length gives added straight line composure and steadier jumps, while the centralised component layout improves lateral balance for predictable handling across changing track sections.

Material Notes and Expectations

7075 T6 from Switzerland is a rigid alloy; hardcoating can produce small surface cracks which are normal and do not reduce the component's usable life. Slight longitudinal bend after machining can also be present and is acceptable.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The longer, stiffer chassis can change handling feel; expect to tweak spring rates and ride height to regain your preferred balance.
Keep the underside clear of grit and inspect for sharp burrs after racing; surface cracks are normal and do not need treatment unless they develop into edges that catch debris.
Yes, it pairs well with weight tuning kits and reinforced mounting hardware to optimise balance and durability for club circuits.
