Precision CNC Chassis for XB808'11

The XRAY 351104 - XB808'11 chassis is produced from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum to provide a rigid yet lightweight foundation for serious racers. The 3mm CNC machining removes material where possible to lower mass while preserving key load zones. The hardcoat finish from XRAYs automated line adds surface durability.

New Weight Balance Design

This chassis revision shifts internal components toward the centre to improve lateral balance and reduce unsettled behaviour over rough sections. Improved side-to-side balance helps the car rotate more predictably through corners and landings. Countersunk screw holes and strengthened downstop bosses keep the underside tidy and reduce wear on fasteners.

Race-Proven Stability

The XRAY 351104 delivers more consistent handling across lap runs and varied track surfaces, making the car easier to place precisely. Minor cosmetic flaws such as tiny surface fissures can appear during processing but are cosmetic only and do not reduce performance.

Yes, the chassis matches standard XB808'11 mounting geometry and will accept stock mounts and hardware without modification.
Small longitudinal bends are common and usually harmless; if realignment is needed use a flat plate and apply gentle, even pressure to avoid introducing new stresses.
Racers often soften rear shock rates slightly and adjust anti-roll bars to regain desired rotation after switching to a stiffer aluminium chassis.
