This right front arm is designed for the fitment and geometry of the XRAY XT8. Fitment on other models depends on their arm mount spacing and cannot be assumed.

Should I run a matching left arm with this part?

For best balance, use the corresponding left front lower arm, such as part #352129, so both sides share the same geometry and response.
