High precision aluminium caster block for XB808

The XRAY 352216 XB808 10 degree right-side caster block is a purpose made aluminium part for competitive driving. Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 alloy, it offers a strong yet consistent base for front end geometry.

Durable alloy with consistent angle

Hard coating on the aluminium helps resist track wear while keeping the preset 10 degree block angle stable. Pairing this with the XB808 front kick-up yields an effective 20 degree caster for sharper corner entry and predictable steering reaction.

Low friction steering and easy ID

This caster block runs with XRAY composite bushings for dependable steering feel, and the laser-etched XRAY logo plus caster marking simplify setup and part identification at the bench or trackside.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This block is preset at 10 degree on the right side. To alter caster you would need a different block or additional shims where applicable.
The hard coated finish increases surface protection and helps resist wear and corrosion common in damp environments, but routine maintenance is still recommended.
Installation uses standard RC tools for front suspension parts; ensure bolts are torqued to XRAY recommendations and check bushings for smooth movement after fitting.
Check the block and bushings after heavy race days or if you notice steering inconsistency; regular inspection prevents unexpected failures.
