The XRAY 352227 12° Aluminium Left Caster Block is a high quality upgrade for the XB808 platform. Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6, this component offers robust strength and resists deformation under racing loads. The hardcoated finish adds long term durability for frequent track use.

Steering Accuracy and Angle Details

This fixed 12° caster works with the XB808 front kick-up to produce a 22° total caster angle, helping to refine steering precision and responsiveness. Included XRAY composite bushings ensure smooth movement and improved steering feedback.

Crafted to Tight Tolerances

XRAY machines every block on advanced CNC equipment in Germany and applies its hardcoat finish in-house for consistent results. Laser-etched identification marks make part recognition easy and confirm genuine XRAY manufacture.

Will this change my XB808 setup dramatically?

The change is focused on front-end feel. Moving to a 12° block alters caster to 22° total with the stock kick-up, resulting in crisper turn-in and stronger straight line stability rather than a wholesale setup overhaul.

Does the hardcoating affect bearing fit?

Hardcoating protects the surface without changing critical bore dimensions. Bearings and bushings should fit as specified, but verify clearances during installation.

Are replacement bushings available?

XRAY composite bushings are supplied, and replacement bushings are listed in XRAY spare parts if you need them for maintenance or tuning.
