Tune XB808 Cornering with the XRAY 352267 Aluminium Steering Block

The XRAY 352267 Aluminum Steering Block Left for the XB808 is crafted to deliver consistent steering and long life. Made from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it is aimed at racers who need predictable steering across varied track conditions. The 5-degree king-pin angle improves corner entry and mid-corner precision.

Machined Accuracy for Consistent Geometry

Precision CNC machining ensures each block meets strict tolerances for clean alignment. A hardcoated finish increases surface durability and helps resist wear from repeated use. The block is manufactured 1mm narrower than previous iterations, giving a -1mm offset with standard hexes to influence steering balance.

Bearing-Friendly Construction

Composite bushings hold ball bearings on both sides, preventing metal-on-metal contact and reducing bearing wear. The part is laser marked with the XRAY logo and an L symbol for quick left-side identification during assembly.

Compatibility and Setup Advice

This left steering block is intended to be matched with the #352257 right-side block for a complete steering assembly. Its solid build suits competitive use where consistent steering feedback is important.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is specifically designed for the XRAY XB808 platform; compatibility with other models is not guaranteed without modification.
The 5-degree setting tends to increase steering bite, which is useful on tighter, higher grip surfaces when fine-tuning turn-in.
Periodically inspect bearings for play, clean and re-grease or replace as needed. The composite bushings help reduce direct aluminum contact.
Expect a subtle change in steering geometry; check toe and steering trim and adjust ride height or camber to suit your driving style.
