Precision Rear Mount for the XB808 Chassis

The XRAY 352322 XB808 Aluminum Front Lower Suspension Holder is engineered for installation at the rear of the front bulkhead on the XB808. Machined from 7mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it offers high tensile strength and consistent durability in demanding race conditions. The hardcoated finish reduces wear and keeps the part running true session after session.

Fine Tuning with I.S.S.

Featuring the XRAY I.S.S. system, this holder enables accurate front roll centre adjustments between -1mm and +1mm to refine steering balance. The supplied reinforced bushings let you alter front kick-up using 1 degree and 0.5 degree eccentric settings for more setup options.

Factory-Level Machining and Marking

Manufactured on automatic German CNC machinery, the holder is produced to exact tolerances for repeatable fitment. XRAY performs the hardcoating in-house and laser engraves the company logo to verify genuine production quality.

Installation is straightforward if you follow the XB808 assembly steps; basic tools and a workshop manual for the chassis will help ensure correct alignment.
Adjusting the roll centre shifts front grip and roll behaviour. Lower settings tend to increase steering bite while higher settings reduce roll for stability.
Re-coating requires specialised processes. For most users, replacing the holder is the practical option when the hardcoat shows significant wear.
