Yes, the M3x8 thread suits metal mounts, but ensure thread engagement and consider a small amount of thread locker to prevent loosening on aluminium threads.

Do they come pre greased?

These studs are supplied bare. Clean mating parts before assembly and apply appropriate lubricant or anti seize where metal contacts metal if desired.

Can I reuse these after removal?

If threads and ball surfaces remain undamaged they can be reused, but replace them if you spot scoring, flattened balls, or looseness that affects handling.
