The XRAY 353088 Composite Rear Brace is intended to sharpen the handling of vintage XB series cars. Is the XRAY 353088 compatible with my XB kit?

It is designed for older XB series kits and uses common mounting points, but check your chassis layout and screw holes to be sure of a straight swap.

Will it slow the car down or affect top speed?

No. The brace changes handling by tuning rear flex rather than adding weight that would noticeably affect top speed. Expect cleaner cornering rather than added drag.

Can I use it with stock shocks and springs?

Yes. It works with standard suspension parts, though you may want to tweak spring rates or damping to get the desired balance after fitting the brace.

Does the material need special care?

Routine cleaning and inspection for cracks is sufficient. The molded composite is durable, but check mounting holes and edges after heavy impacts.
