Precision Rear Hub Carrier Optimised for XRAY XB808

The XRAY 353356 Aluminum Adjustable Rear Hub Carrier brings precision machining and durable materials to the XB808. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and hardcoated for abrasion resistance, this carrier is built for repeatable performance on well-prepared circuits.

Durability That Handles Tough Running

Designed to cope with intense sessions, the carrier's robust construction reduces component fatigue. Composite bushings hold ball bearings in place on both sides, cutting down on wear and preserving smooth rotation longer than plain aluminium variants.

Extra Roll Centre Settings for Setup Work

Additional roll centre positions let you tailor handling for different track surfaces. Swapping the composite roll centre bushings to alternate orientations can lower the roll centre by 2mm to alter balance and traction characteristics.

Consistent, High-Quality Production

Manufactured on automatic CNC machines in Germany, each unit meets strict tolerances for consistent geometry. XRAY completes the hardcoating process internally and laser marks the logo to confirm genuine parts.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Yes, Swiss 7075 T6 offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio than many lower grade alloys, improving stiffness without a big weight penalty.
The hardcoated surface and robust design cope well with harsher surfaces, but inspect for impacts and wear after rough outdoor sessions to avoid hidden damage.
No special tools are needed; the composite bushings are hand-installable with basic workshop tools, though a feeler and alignment check is recommended when changing positions.
