High Tolerance Components

Components are produced to strict tolerances to ensure quiet, even operation. Rubber-sealed composite housings use steel inserts that are hand-ground for precise seating to prevent vibration. The internal gear train uses pressed steel that is heat-treated and machined for longevity.

Durable and Lightened Parts

The 46T large external bevel is machined from HUDY Steel for exact tooth geometry. Diff outdrives are manufactured from HUDY Spring Steel and selectively lightened to reduce rotational inertia, improving responsiveness without weakening the parts.
