The Xray 358047-T Titanium Upper Shock Mount Stand OFF With HEX is built for the XB8 2025 series and crafted from premium titanium to shave weight while retaining toughness. Its reduced mass lowers the centre of gravity so handling becomes more responsive in turns and on rough sections. Machined to tight tolerances in Europe, these mounts replace the original steel components and add extra rigidity at the shock attachment points.

Are these resistant to corrosion?

Titanium resists rusting much better than steel, but normal cleaning after salty or muddy conditions will keep the finish looking good.

Can I use the same shocks and pins?

Yes, the mounts are made to accept the standard shock hardware for XB8 2025, so your current shocks and HEX pins should work as before.

Do these alter suspension geometry?

No geometry changes are introduced; they simply replace the steel upper mounts with lighter, stiffer titanium pieces to improve feel and response.
