High precision big-bore shocks made for XB808

The XRAY 358103 - XB808 Big-Bore Front Shock Absorbers Kit is a complete front shock package tailored to the XB808. The kit includes everything required to build two front shocks and comes with flexible rubber folding boots to shield the internals.

Engineered features for accurate setup

These big-bore shocks use an 18.5mm outer diameter and externally threaded bodies with adjustable collars so you can dial in downstop position. The hard-coated bodies work with one-piece aluminium shock caps for long life. A 15.3mm inner bore promotes steady oil circulation and the round composite pistons maintain even damping feel.

Stable damping across runs

Updated shock membranes are broader and use improved materials to retain damping performance over time. The lower assembly is designed to cut oil leakage while allowing free rod travel, using silicone O-rings and composite shims secured under a lower aluminium cap.

Robust build for heavy use

Shock shafts are precision turned from high-tensile steel at 3.5mm to resist bending and deliver smooth action on large jumps. The aluminium lower cap includes a groove to lock the rubber boot in place for simple removal and servicing.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Yes, the assembly accepts commonly available springs and shock oils. Match spring rate and oil weight to track conditions to tune ride height and damping response.
They are designed for XB808 towers. If fitting to another chassis confirm the mounting spacing and travel; some cars need alternate towers for correct geometry.
Service after heavy use or when you notice oil foaming or loss of damping. Regularly check seals and replace oil to keep the shocks performing reliably.
