This precision aluminium motor mount plate is intended for the updated split motor mount arrangement on 1/10 scale RC models, forming a rigid junction between the motor and the split differential assembly. It is an aftermarket part aimed at enhancing drivetrain alignment and stabilising motor position under dynamic loads.

The component raises local stiffness at the motor interface and features M4 threaded mounting points to increase clamp force, which assists in holding motor position during sudden acceleration or braking. CNC finishing ensures tight tolerances with the revised motor mount holder, limiting any slack that can disturb gear mesh.

As part of the split motor mount design, the plate simplifies access to the central differential so routine checks and mesh tweaks take less time and effort. Machined from 7075 T6 aluminium, the part is given a black anodized treatment to improve wear resistance and dimensional longevity.
