Side Guards Optimised for XB4

The XRAY 361272-H Hard Composite Side Guards are designed to protect the XB4 2021 chassis from grit and side hits. They help preserve internal parts and reduce damage after contact in competitive driving.

Symmetrical Mounting for Even Flex

Carefully shaped to follow the XB4 chassis form, the guards use mirrored mounting positions so both sides flex the same way. This balance supports predictable handling across different track layouts.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.

Are screws and fittings included with the guards?

These side guards are sold as the composite parts only. Use the existing XB4 mounting hardware or the OEM fasteners from your chassis during fitment.

Will they change the handling of my car?

The hard composite adds rigidity at the sides which can slightly alter chassis feedback. Expect a firmer lateral response but minimal change in cornering if fitted symmetrically.

Can these guards be trimmed or modified?

Minor trimming is possible but only with care. Any modification can affect fit and flex, so test changes incrementally and avoid removing structural sections.

How do I check the "H" marking?

The hard composite pieces carry a visible "H" engraving or stamp on the inner face. Inspect that area before installation to confirm material type.
