The blocks are injection molded from a composite formulation focused on strength without excess bulk. The medium hardness helps maintain consistent cornering balance and reduces the chance of sudden breakage during hard runs.

Bearing placement engineered for performance

To safeguard the drivetrain, XRAY implemented a stepped bearing arrangement. The outer positions use 5x12mm ball-bearings to cope with higher loads, while inner 5x10mm bearings cut down unsprung weight for crisper steering inputs.
