High-Precision 30mm BIG Bore Shocks Built for XB4

Boost front-end control on your XRAY XB4 series with these 30mm BIG Bore Shock Absorbers. Crafted for racers who want clean assembly and dependable on-track behaviour, the kit contains all parts required to assemble two front shocks.

Membrane-Free Damping with Bleed-Screw

The XRAY 368102 shocks eliminate membranes and rely on a bleed-screw cap to fine-tune rebound. This construction gives repeatable damping adjustments and smoother mid-speed handling.

Robust Swiss Aluminium Build

Bodies and lower nuts are produced from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and finished in a tough black coating to resist wear while keeping the shocks looking sharp.

Travel Control for Fine Tuning

Set up-stop travel by stacking rubber o-rings on the rod, and control down-stop travel using composite shims under the piston to adapt suspension travel to different track layouts.

Do these come pre-assembled?

The set includes the components to build two front shocks but requires assembly and filling with shock oil as part of setup.

The hard black coating protects the aluminum from wear while also giving a professional appearance, so it serves both protective and visual purposes.

Which parts control ride height and travel?

Use rubber o-rings on the rod for up-stop adjustments and composite shims under the pistons to set down-stop travel; both are straightforward to change trackside.
