Precision Front Shock Components

Refresh your front end with the XRAY 368161 Front Hardened Shock Shaft. At 42mm these shafts deliver a blend of strength and low-friction movement suited to riders that like to dial in suspension settings.

Durability with Smooth Action

Produced from a hardened material and finely finished, the shafts minimise stiction and stand up to track wear. The smoother action helps maintain consistent damping when hitting chicanes or fast straights.

Compatibility Notes

The XRAY 368161 shafts are intended for the 32mm shock body, part #368121. For balanced setup pair them with these parts:

  • #322084 Graphite Shock Tower Front 4.0mm - Lower
  • #323084 Graphite Shock Tower Rear 3.5mm - Lower
  • #368121 Aluminum Front Shock Body 32mm - Hard Coated (2)

Combined with the listed items you should see improved front grip and repeatable travel while tuning springs and damping.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
They are matched to the #368121 32mm hard coated front shock body. Fitting into other bodies may cause play or binding if dimensions differ.
Keep shafts free of grit, replace seals when leaking and check for straightness. A light polish and proper shock oil help preserve smooth operation.
Stronger shafts resist bending, which helps maintain shock geometry under load, but spring and damping settings are the primary controls for bottoming behaviour.
Basic shock servicing tools are sufficient - spanners for shock bodies, a soft bench for assembly and a clean workspace to avoid contaminating seals.
