The XRAY 371017 Aluminum Flex Chassis is machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and tailored to enhance the X1'18 driving character. CNC-cut reliefs control the plate flex so the car stays composed on medium to high-traction layouts.

What It Does on Track

This chassis improves traction feel and sharpens steering feedback, which helps when pushing lap times on grippy surfaces. For very high traction venues consider the XRAY #371016 as an alternative setup option.

Compact Width for Better Turn-In

Being 24mm narrower than previous designs reduces lateral contact in corners and aids rotation. A dedicated slot accepts a composite battery backstop, enabling a 5mm shift in battery location to fine tune balance across the chassis.

Compatibility Tips

The XRAY 371017 is intended to be used with the #371148 aluminum rear pod plate to maintain correct rear geometry. That combination simplifies setup changes and keeps alignment predictable.
