Three Steering Profiles for Track Tuning

  • Soft Setting: Leave out the graphite brace to soften initial turn-in, useful on high-grip carpet where smooth steering helps lap time consistency.
  • Medium Setting: Attach the graphite brace to the arms to increase mid-corner steering without making the car twitchy, ideal for medium-high grip surfaces.
  • Stiff Setting: Combine the graphite brace with the aluminium stand for maximum steering directness, good for lower grip carpet and changeable asphalt surfaces.

The stiff setup gives the most direct steering but may feel nervous on very hot, high-grip asphalt. Test in controlled runs and adjust other setup items like toe or shock rates if needed.
