The XRAY 378073-K X1 Aluminum Shock Adapter is crafted from CNC aluminum to let you dial in shock placement on the X1 chassis. It supports fine-tuning that helps balance front to rear handling across different layouts.

Adjustable Mounting for Tuned Handling

Designed for easy swaps, this adapter changes the effective shock length when used in the forward mounting spot. Remove it to return to the standard rearward setup without altering original components.

Is the adapter meant only for the X1?

The adapter is engineered for the X1 chassis geometry. Compatibility with other XRAY cars is unlikely without modification.

How does it affect ride height and handling?

Using the adapter in the forward location increases shock length which can alter ride height and provide a different balance and feel in corners.

Can I use the same shocks I already have?

Most standard X1 shocks will work with the adapter, but check travel and clearance when changing mount positions to avoid binding.

Is installation reversible?
