Accurate German long-turn machining

Manufacture uses long-turn CNC machines in Germany to attain uniform dimensions. Each part goes through robotic measurement routines that concentrate on the bore size to secure smooth, consistent piston movement and predictable shock behaviour.

Automated coating and manual verification

XRAY's robotic colorcoating line applies a black hardcoat using a specially blended fluid to create an even, durable surface. Following coating, technicians verify dimensions with precision calipers to ensure each shock body meets the production standards.
