Seal and Protect Your 6mm Shafts

Attention to small parts keeps models performing well. These XRAY 971060 silicone O-rings are cut for 6mm shafts with a 1.5mm section and come ten to a pack so you have replacements ready for maintenance or roadside fixes.

Where to Use These O-Rings

They are ideal for sealing shaft interfaces in steering bellcranks, pumps and gearbox penetrations where a tight seal helps keep contaminants and fluids out. Their sizing makes them compatible with many common 6mm shaft applications.

Simple Installation Tips

Wipe the shaft clean before fitting and roll the ring on to avoid pinching. If installation is tight, a small amount of silicone-friendly lubricant will help seat the ring without damaging it.

They are designed for 6mm dimensions; stretching over a larger diameter risks permanent deformation and loss of sealing performance.

Do these rings need special storage?
