This 20-tooth brake pulley is supplied as a replacement spare for XRAY NT1 braking assemblies under 3Racing part code XN1-46/RE. It is made to fit the NT1 brake shaft and engage with the surrounding brake linkage on 1/10-scale touring car chassis.
Use this pulley when servicing worn brake drive components or when returning the brake train to its original gearing after linkage changes. The 20T tooth count is the defining engagement spec; always confirm you have a 20T pulley before fitting.
Installation notes: detach the brake assembly from the chassis, fit the pulley onto the brake shaft, and confirm centring and clearance against adjacent parts. Rotate the brake system through its travel to check for smooth operation and correct tooth contact after installation.
Tuning role: the pulley tooth count sets the mechanical interface and leverage in the brake train, so like-for-like replacement maintains the NT1 braking characteristics.
