The Arrowmax AM-RX8-348520 pinion is supplied as an aftermarket replacement for the XRAY RX8 chassis. Manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminium with a hard coating, this pinion aims to be light and long lasting while maintaining smooth engagement with the car's spur gear.

Marked for the 2ND clutch/motor position, the pinion is offered in 16T through 21T sizes: 16T, 17T, 18T, 19T, 20T and 21T. Swapping between these teeth counts lets you adjust acceleration and top speed and helps tune clutch engagement on two-stage setups without changing the spur.

Before running, check pinion to spur mesh, ensure the motor shaft is correctly aligned axially, and confirm the gear rotates freely with no binding. This part is intended for model use only.
