Arrowmax AM-T4-308037A1 composite pistons come as four pieces and serve as direct replacements for XRAY T4 shock internals. The 4-hole, 1.1mm configuration governs oil movement inside the shock body, aiding precise damping setup on 1/10 scale touring and pan cars.

When tuning, these pistons are useful for tightening mid-range and high-speed damping response and evening out stroke behaviour by controlling oil bleed during compression and rebound. They are a sensible choice for racers who change oil grades and shock lengths to refine handling.

Fitting is the same routine as other T4-compatible piston swaps: strip the shock cap and shaft, mount the new piston using your shock's retaining parts, then refill and bleed fully to remove trapped air. Standard shock tools and a tidy workspace are all you need.
