XRAY T4-2014 aluminium screw assortment

This Arrowmax AM-141006 aluminium screw set is an aftermarket fastener kit made for the XRAY T4-2014 touring car platform, finished in anodized orange. The assortment groups frequently used M3 lengths and two head styles so you can swap out worn hardware or fit lighter aluminium screws during service cycles.

These screws are supplied for maintenance and setup rather than as a structural upgrade: aluminium replacements reduce component mass at individual fastener locations, and the sorted selection speeds rebuilds where the correct head and length are important for body mounts, shock towers and suspension link points.

Use the correct M3 hex driver and avoid over-torquing aluminium threads; keep steel fasteners in locations that demand higher clamping strength.

Aluminium is softer than steel and can wear faster if repeatedly removed and refitted; inspect threads during rebuilds and replace screws that show deformation.
Avoid excessive torque and make sure drivers fit the heads precisely; gentle, consistent tightening reduces the risk of thread stripping or head rounding.
Countersunk and round head variants are common on the T4-2014, but always match the required head type and length to each mounting point to ensure correct clearance and fit.
Anodizing offers surface protection and colour identification, though heavy handling or abrasion can eventually wear the finish; it does not affect basic fastener function.
