Purpose of the chassis and tuning use

The Factory Pro FP-O-XCP006 is a drop-in main chassis designed for XRAY T4-21 vehicles and includes two battery mount plates so you can experiment with alternative battery layouts. It serves as a direct replacement or an upgrade to modify weight distribution and handling characteristics during setup.

The component is supplied as the complete main chassis plate that supersedes the original. During installation, verify that servo, ESC, and motor mounting points line up and check driveshafts and suspension pickup points for correct alignment before locking hardware. Small trimming of foam or brackets on the model may be needed to achieve clearance for the chosen battery position.

Treat the battery plates as a tuning aid: forward or rearward battery shifts alter front/rear bias and transient responses without changing suspension geometry. Confirm compatibility with a trial assembly ahead of track use.

This Factory Pro main chassis gives a simple route to change battery placement on an XRAY T4-21, enabling weight distribution trials; always verify fitment before finishing the build.

It is produced for Xray T4-21 compatibility. Perform a visual check of all mount points and do a trial assembly to ensure nothing interferes before final tightening.
The kit includes two mount plates that provide alternate battery locations; choose the one that gives the balance and clearance you need for your setup.
Depending on the battery position selected you may need to reroute or remount the ESC, receiver, or wiring to maintain neat installation and avoid interference with moving parts.
With the chassis loosely assembled, rotate the drivetrain by hand and inspect driveshaft angles and suspension pickup alignment; tighten hardware only once correct alignment and clearances are confirmed.
