Tough XRAY Ball Ends for Precise Linkage Motion

Fit these hard steel ball ends to your XRAY X12 series to improve linkage feel and durability. Machined from hardened steel and finished with nickel plating, they reduce binding and help maintain predictable control. Supplied as a set of two, each ball end measures 3.7mm in diameter with an 8mm threaded section for secure installation.

Can I use these with aftermarket ball cups?

Yes, they pair well with many aftermarket ball cups as long as the cup accepts a 3.7mm ball. Verify cup inner diameter and thread compatibility first.

Do they need frequent replacement?

With normal use the nickel plating and hard steel offer long service life, but inspect them after heavy impacts and replace if you see deformation or excessive wear.

Any fitting advice for installation?

Thread them in by hand to avoid cross threading and torque to a snug fit. Use a small amount of thread locker only if you need extra security for competition use.
