Resin belt cams tailored to BD7/BD5/DRB

The Yokomo B7-BTC kit supplies four resin tension cams purpose-built for 1/10 touring car chassis. Moulded from lightweight resin, they add minimal mass yet permit quick belt tension changes without swapping bulkier components.

Placed along the belt routing, the cams alter take-up and the tension point, helping tune belt stability and drive feel during setup. Fitting is simple for those used to belt-drive touring cars: remove the belt cover and replace the existing cams following the chassis service steps.

Tuning advice: make modest adjustments and recheck belt runout and alignment as you go. Since the parts are resin, do not overtighten nearby fasteners to avoid warping. These cams suit tuners seeking a low-weight option for fine control on the listed chassis.

Four resin cams are provided in the set; these are intended to adjust belt tension and service both sides of the drivetrain on compatible models.
They are designed to replace the existing cams on the listed platforms, but note that resin will wear differently and has lower abrasion resistance than metal.
Work in small adjustment steps, verify belt alignment after each change, and do not overtighten adjacent screws to avoid damaging the resin cams.
