The Yokomo B9-MWPA Brass Weight Plate set is made to improve the BD9 chassis balance by lowering its center of gravity and stabilising handling. The kit includes three brass plates at roughly 7g each and dimensions of 25 x 34 x 1 mm, offering flexible placement. A black finish with chamfered edges keeps the look neat while remaining functional.

Where to Fit and Why It Helps

When used with a lightweight super LCG battery, the plates are effective under the battery tray to lower CG and reduce body roll. For stock touring cars running standard Li-po packs, fitting plates beneath the ESC or receiver can correct side-to-side balance. These options make the plates useful for track tuning and everyday set up tweaks.
