Steel drive cup replacement for BD5/BD7 differentials

This replacement steel drive cup is made for use with BD5/BD7 series gear differential assemblies. It links the differential output to the drive shaft and is offered as a direct-fit spare for the compatible models listed below.

Fit this component when worn drive cups cause play or inconsistent engagement, or during a full differential rebuild. The steel construction favours long-term wear resistance compared to softer materials, and it is intended for RC gear differentials only.

Fitting the cup involves removing the differential from the chassis, splitting the differential case if necessary, and sliding the drive cup onto the output shaft in accordance with the differential maker's service guidance. Check runout and fit, then complete reassembly and perform a low-load trial run.
