Remote ESC Control Using Yokomo BL-WMB

The Yokomo BL-WMB Wi-Fi Module links to Yokomo ESCs in the BL-PRO4, BL-RS4 and BL-SP4 ranges to provide wireless programming. Install the module into the ESC programmer port and connect your phone to fine tune throttle and brake curves from the pits.

Live Data and On-the-Spot Changes

The module allows adjustments while the car is static, so you can make quick setup changes between runs without removing components. It also transmits live telemetry like pack voltage, current draw and motor RPM so you can identify issues and optimise settings after each run.

Will the module interfere with radio control signals?

The BL-WMB uses a local Wi-Fi link for the app and should not affect the radio link if the transmitter and receiver are properly installed. Keep antennas separated to avoid interference.

Does it log data automatically?

Yes, telemetry is recorded during runs and can be reviewed in the app to compare sessions and spot trends in power usage and RPM.

Is installation difficult for beginners?

Installation is straightforward: plug it into the ESC programmer port and secure it in the chassis. Basic knowledge of ESC connectors is helpful but not required.
