This 23-tooth servo horn from Arrowmax is built for the Yokomo B-Max2 chassis and crafted from 7075-T6 aluminium with a blue anodized finish. It serves as a stronger, longer-lasting alternative to the OEM plastic horn to improve the mechanical connection from servo to steering arms.
Replacing the plastic horn on a B-Max2 with a 7075 arm cuts down on output spline flex, so small servo inputs become more reliably translated into steering adjustments during practice and race settings. The anodize finish helps protect the metal surface from wear and reduces oxidation over time.
To fit, remove the original horn, ensure the servo is centred, mount the Arrowmax AM-MAX2-009 to the 23-tooth spline and secure with the factory screw. Check steering alignment and travel before running, then confirm fastener torque after initial track use.
