1/10 Scale Monster Truck Shell (Clear)

This clear, unpainted body is supplied as a spare option for 1/10 monster truck models and comes with pre-cut decal sheets for basic graphics. It provides a blank surface for custom paint schemes or quick replacement after on-track incidents.

Designed with CE-HL150 compatibility in mind, the shell generally requires normal RC body trimming at the wheel arches and adjustment of body post holes to match specific chassis layouts. Painters can experiment with layouts on the clear shell before committing to final coatings.

The shell serves cosmetic and protective roles rather than performance upgrades, so it is best viewed as an accessory that preserves the vehicle appearance and offers crash replacement capability.

Remark :

The polycarbonate shell provides standard cosmetic protection; it is meant to protect components from scrapes and minor impacts but heavy impacts can still crack thin sections. Regular replacement is common in bashing environments.
Clean the inside with mild detergent, mask windows, and apply paint to the inside of the shell using polycarbonate-specific paints for best adhesion and finish.
Decal sheets provide basic graphics elements but may not cover the entire shell; expect to position and trim decals to suit your chosen layout.
Paint adds some weight, especially with multiple layers or heavy finishes, so keep coats light if you want to minimise any effect on handling.
