Rebuild kit highlights

This rebuild kit supplies the consumable seals and fixings for Yokomo H.D. Front One-Way and HP Front One-Way (D-021) units used in RC-scale models. It is designed to refresh sealing and fastening components inside the front one-way assembly during routine service.

Use the set when you service front one-way units between race days or after extended sessions; it helps keep internal parts properly located and reduces unwanted play that can change traction response and consistency, while leaving tuning geometry and major performance parts unchanged.

How should I fit the replacement O-rings?

Carefully remove the old O-rings, clean the seating surfaces, then fit the new 3mm O-rings into the grooves. Ensure each ring sits flat before reassembling the unit to maintain a proper seal.

How frequently do these consumables need replacement?

Replacement interval depends on usage; inspect seals and screws after heavy running or every few events. Replace if you see wear, deformation, or any loss of sealing to retain consistent traction and unit integrity.
