Is the 21mm measurement a standard size?

Yes. The 21mm refers to the rod end spacing that fits standard 21mm rod ends and turnbuckles, but you should check your existing ball connectors for matching threads and fit.

Can I use this adapter on a drift setup?

Absolutely. Many drifters use the adapter to alter steering lock and response on DP-YD2 based drift cars to suit different tyre and surface combinations.

Will fitting this change suspension geometry?

Adjusting the rod end width will affect Ackerman and track width slightly, so you may need to recalibrate toe and camber to retain desired handling traits.
