Balanced Power and Handling

Equipped with a twin motor, gear-down full-time 4WD system, the DPM-APEX spreads torque for balanced slides and predictable transitions. The torque ring and long stroke dampers add composure, and the soft cooling tyres help maintain grip through longer practice sessions.

Packed ARTR Components

The Yokomo DPM-APEX arrives mostly assembled with a painted polycarbonate shell that recreates the FD3S profile. Included components such as the motors, tyres and ESC let hobbyists finish setup quickly and concentrate on chassis trimming and tuning.

Yes, you must supply a 2-channel proportional transmitter and receiver as they are not included with the kit.

Replacement soft compound cooling tyres can be sourced from parts dealers; check size and mounting specifications to ensure compatibility.

What tools are needed to finish assembly?

Basic hobby tools such as small screwdrivers, side cutters, and a hobby knife are sufficient for trimming the body and finalising the build.

Can I run this on carpet or concrete?

The setup is best on smooth surfaces; soft cooling tyres perform well on carpeted venues and flat concrete, though suspension tweaks may be needed for rough ground.
