Steering geometry tuning for MR-4TC SD LCG

This RC steering rack is produced to fit the MR-4TC SD LCG chassis and provides a simple way to change steering geometry without stripping the front end. The part alters the Ackermann relationship by relocating the steering rod 1.5mm forward or rearward from its stock position, delivering a measurable effect on steering response for drifting or precise on-track driving.

Fitting is quick: remove the original rack, install this unit, and reposition the steering rod into the alternate hole to change the linkage ratio. Because the tweak is a lateral rod offset, it adjusts wheel angles directly and usually does not require servo or radio remapping, which keeps setup simple.

Setup tips: small increments matter. Try one position at a time and note behavior changes. Use this mechanical adjustment alongside tyre choice, toe, and shock settings to refine mid-corner grip and transition characteristics.

The rack is intended for RC drift use and provides a solid mechanical adjustment. Check mounting fasteners regularly and inspect the linkage for wear after heavy sessions.
The offset shifts steering angles, so you may notice small changes in tire scrub during transitions; balance the change with toe and camber adjustments if needed.
