The SD-415SG steering block is an RC-scale replacement cast in a graphite-molded finish that follows the form of the standard drift package knuckles. The graphite construction is lighter than many alloy pieces, which lowers rotating mass and tends to enhance steering feel and feedback for drift driving without changing suspension geometry.
These are intended as a direct replacement for compatible DRIFT PACKAGE chassis. The design preserves kingpin positions and mounting bosses so servo travel, ackermann and existing tie-rod lengths remain compatible with widely used drift steering linkages. Relative to Trail 1 steering blocks, this graphite-molded option produces a faster steering response that helps when dialing toe and steering throw for consistent slides.
Installation guidance: remove the stock left and right steering blocks, move across kingpin hardware and bearings if you plan to reuse them, then fit the SD-415SG blocks using the factory screws and spacers. Check kingpin spacer placement and the steering link fastener torque at reassembly, and verify toe and steering endplay on the bench before driving.
