Will they change steering feel a lot?

You will notice firmer, more direct steering response due to reduced flex and lower rotating mass compared with some stock plastic or plated steel rod ends.

Can I reuse my existing hardware?

In most cases the set uses the same threads as stock rod ends. Check threads for burrs and use the original screws if they seat cleanly.

Any recommended setup changes after fitting?

After fitting, recheck toe and steering trim since the reduced play can slightly alter your steering center and trim settings.
