Which hole is best for more rear grip?

Moving the upper arm pivot to the inner hole usually increases static camber and can improve rear bite on tighter tracks. Test one position at a time and note changes.

Does this change require shock length changes?

Minor changes in arm pick up rarely need different shocks, but check droop and full travel after adjusting positions to ensure there is no binding.
